3MTT Shortlisted Candidates & How to Check Your Name on the List. The Federal government has officially launched the 3 Million Technical Talent Programme 3MTT today the 15th of November 2023. The Kick-off Event was live on the FMCIDE Nigeria YouTube channel.

According to 3MTT program management, shortlisted candidates in the first phase of training will be contacted via email on the next steps to take. So keep checking your email.

Applicants can also log in to their 3MTT training dashboard here https://app.3mtt.training/login to see their selection status. If you are selected it will show that you are selected.

If you are not selected in this first phase it will indicate that your application is under review but will be a part of the 3MTT Learning Community and will be in queue for future phases of the 3MTT training program.

30,0000 will be selected in the first phase while 300,000 will be selected in the second phase, according to management.

Shortlisted candidates Learning Community journey will begin on the 4th of December. However, you can begin your learning journey with some introductory courses in your skill area in the resources section on the website.

The learning community will provide you with self-paced resources that you can leverage on your learning journey. In the learning community, you will have companions on your learning journey through connections with other learners in your local government and state learning similar skills and the support of a dedicated community manager to guide you along the way.
